ReVibe Your Shape (Nutritional consultations)

Weight loss is like climbing a mountain. It starts with a decision. And once you decide (really decide!), you start planning the ascent: check what equipment and resources you will  need, choose what route to take, and equip yourself with solutions for all unexpected things that might happen…However, it’s not much fun travelling on your own! You want someone with you to share the joy of the experience, someone who will lend support, encouragement and won’t let you to turn back, when it gets too tough. Someone, who will keep you company, guide you, help to overcome obstacles and assist in planting your flag on the summit. You need a mountain guide! It all starts with a decision. If you have decided (really decided!) to make a change, let me be your guide so we can get started and climb your weight loss mountain together.

·      Strict boring menus to follow

·      Excessive restriction of any food group (e.g. carbs)

·      Calorie counting

·      Heavy food diaries

·      Specific foods and weight loss supplements

·      Going hungry

 

So how does it work?

Initial consultation (60-75 min)

During our first consultation I will assess your body composition and evaluate your health risk status. Will check in with your past experiences, likes and dislikes, weigh up your current lifestyle habits, examine your personal goals and identify areas that need most work. Then, based on your specific needs and nutritional preferences, I will design a metabolically matched eating plan that you will find easy to follow, mix & match and track. I will also offer a clear advice on how to get the most out of your exercise routine to achieve optimum results.    

Individual follow up sessions (20 min)

We will have weekly follow up sessions, that will hold you accountable, help to stay on track and ensure you are moving towards your desired shape. I will monitor your progress, make changes in your eating/exercise plan, teach you ‘Smart Eating’ strategies, help you to find the inner motivation and break plateaus, challenge you when needed, lend support and help you to make your journey a pleasurable experience. Your chances of success will be far greater as you won’t be doing it on your own!

Group follow up sessions (60 min)

If you prefer to work in a group environment, I will invite you to join my ‘Eat Smart’ nutrition and lifestyle group sessions, where in addition to weekly weigh ins and group support,  I will teach you how to ensure nutrient balance in your diet, control your portion sizes, manage your appetite, deal with emotional & comfort eating, read food labels, make smarter choices when eating out, eat healthily on the run, cook lean, stay on track and handle setbacks, break your weight loss plateau and maintain your desired shape for  a lifetime.

Your body is a result of your lifestyle. My aim isn’t only to help you to get a body shape you desire, but also to create new healthy habits that will be the fundamentals of your lifestyle. By the time we finished our journey, you will have the knowledge, skills and tools to carry on and maintain your re-vibed shape for the rest of your life.
