ReVibe Your Health (’EAT SMART’ course)

  ‘EAT SMART’ nutrition course offers a simple, fun and effective way to understand and improve your nutrition. It is one of the most effective courses you could take if you wish to loose and maintain your body weight, enhance your health and overall wellbeing.

        This 8-week course covers the following topics:   

1.      Optimum eating / Portion control. This session will show you how to make the most of food and enhance your immunity, energy levels, delay aging, manage your weight and improve overall wellbeing. You will learn fundamentals of a balanced diet, including essential nutrients, meal times, serving sizes and super healthy foods.

2.      Smart shopping/ Food label lowdown. This session will help you to build up a better diet while shopping for groceries. You will learn to overcome supermarket sales tactics, buy less high- calorie, low-nutrient foods, understand how to read food labels and decode nutrition claims.

3.      Eating out eating well/ Alcohol smarts. This session will assist you in making wiser and healthier choices while eating out and socialising. You will learn to eat and drink smart in restaurants and takeaways and find out how to successfully prepare and manage social eating at parties and family events.

4.      Lean cooking/ Eating on the run. This session will show simple ways how to modify your cooking methods to prepare healthy meals. You will also learn how to fit nutritious eating into a jam-packed schedule, choose the right grazing foods, and have healthy meals in work or on the road.

5.      Appetite management/Eating right at night. This session will help you to enhance your appetite management: you will learn to manage hunger and cravings, cut back on night time snacking and avoid overeating to improve your health and weight management success.

6.      Beating eating triggers/Success support crew. This session will show how to identify and outsmart emotional eating along with other common eating triggers and keep your healthy eating on track on more days of the week. It also will teach you how to build up a support network and to develop a positive family attitude to healthy food and fitness.  

7.      Stress and time management. This session will give your practical strategies to deal with stress, find flow and feel more energised. You will learn how to successfully manage your time and juggle life’s demands to help you make real progress towards your weight management goals.

8.      Dealing with slip ups/ Staying on track. This session will teach you how to keep on track and progress towards your nutrition and weight management goals. You will learn how to make healthy habits automatic, manage slip ups, use imagination instead of willpower and stay motivated while stepping into success.
